南水北调工程高质量发展的几点思考

摘要
文章总结了南水北调工程面临的新形势新任务,梳理了南水北调东中线通水以来取得的成效,分析了南水北调后续工程在全球气候变化、我国北方需水变化、碳达峰碳中和等有关要求背景下面临的挑战,并提出了相应的建议.
Abstract
This article summarizes the new situation and tasks faced by the South to North Water Diversion Project,sorts out the achievements made since the opening of the East Middle Line,analyzes the challenges faced by the subsequent pro-jects of the South to North Water Diversion Project in the context of global climate change,water demand changes in north-ern China,carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
