摘要

水利部黄河水利委员会深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的重要指示批示精神,按照水利部统一部署,选取黄河中下游三门峡以下典型河段开展数字孪生黄河建设先行先试工作.通过升级建设水利监测感知网、融合集成统一的数据底板、建设黄河模型平台和知识平台、强化算力和安全保障等,支撑建设"2+N"应用系统,支撑精准化决策,取得了良好成效.

Abstract

The Yellow River Conservancy Commission(YRCC)of the Ministry of Water Resources thoroughly implements the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on promoting ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.In accordance with the unified deployment of the Ministry of Water Resources,YRCC selects the downstream river section from Sanmenxia along the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River to carry out the pilot work of the building of digital twin Yellow River.By upgrading and building the water conservancy monitoring and perception network,fusing and integrating the unified data baseplate,building the Yellow River model platform and knowledge plat-form,and strengthening the computing power and security,YRCC supports the construction of the"2+N"application sys-tem and the accurate decision-making,with notable results achieved.
