摘要

元宇宙、大模型、ChatGPT、人工智能、数字中国、数字经济等新鲜事物不断涌现,昭示着一个全新世界即将到来.通过对数字革命、元宇宙的分析梳理,提出了对元宇宙的理解和定义,阐述了元宇宙、水利元宇宙与数字孪生水利之间的相互关系,提出数字孪生水利是一个数字虚拟水利世界,建设数字孪生水利必须坚持全要素、全过程,实施要素数字化、感知实时化和应用智能化三大战略,始终锚定预报、预警、预演和预案四项功能,重点做好制定数字标准等五项工作.

Abstract

The constant emergence of new concepts such as the metaverse,big models,ChatGPT,artificial intelligence,digital China,and digital economy indicates a new world is about to arrive.Through the analysis and sorting of the digital revolution and metaverse,this article clarifies the understanding and definition of the metaverse and introduces the interrela-tionships between the metaverse,water conservancy metaverse,and digital twin water conservancy.It proposes that digital twin water conservancy is a digital virtual water conservancy world,and the construction of digital twin water conservancy must adhere to all elements and processes,implement three major strategies of digitization of elements,real-time percep-tion,and intelligent application,and always focus on forecasting,early warning,rehearsal and pee-arranged plan,with an emphasis on five tasks such as developing digital standards.
