数字孪生水利为新阶段水利高质量发展提供了有力支撑和强力驱动.2010年开始,我国进入了遥感高速发展的阶段,定量化和业务化运行的开展使遥感应用进入了崭新的时代.数据是水利数字孪生的基础,水利模型是水利孪生的核心.文章介绍了遥感技术在数字孪生水利建设的信息采集和模型开发方面的作用以及在流域防洪、水资源管理与调配等"2+N"业务中的应用.
The role of remote sensing technology in the construction of digital twins in water conservancy
Digital twins technology has provided robust support and powerful impetus for the high-quality development of water conservancy in this new era.Since 2010,China has entered a phase of rapid development in remote sensing,marked by the quantitative and operational use of remote sensing,ushering in a new era of application.Data forms the foundation of digital twins technology in water conservancy,with water models serving as its core.This paper outlines the role of remote sensing technology in information acquisition and model development for the construction of digital twins in water conservan-cy.It also explores the applications of remote sensing technology in"2+N"business areas such as basin flood control and water resources management and allocation.
