摘要
为贯彻落实水利部《关于推进数字孪生农村供水工程建设的通知》有关要求,加快推进辽宁省数字孪生农村供水工程建设,打造与物理工程相连的智慧化应用平台,确有必要开展相关建设思路研究.文章首先分析了辽宁省农村供水工程现状及短板,总结了辽宁省农村供水工程信息化存在的问题及原因;在此基础上提出辽宁省数字孪生农村供水工程建设思路,包括建设任务、建设目标、建设原则、总体框架和预期可解决的问题.文章主要研究内容和结论能够为加快建设辽宁省数字孪生农村供水工程提供支撑,并为其他地区数字孪生农村供水工程建设提供参考.
Abstract
To implement the requirements of the Notice on Promoting the Construction of Digital Twin Rural Water Supply Projects issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,accelerate the construction of digital twin rural water supply projects in Liaoning Province,and create a smart application platform connected to physical engineering,it is necessary to conduct research on relevant construction ideas.Based on analyzing the current situation and shortcomings of rural water supply pro-jects,and summarizing the problems in informatization of rural water supply projects in Liaoning Province,this article pro-poses the construction ideas of digital twin rural water supply projects in Liaoning Province,including construction tasks,goals,principles,overall framework,and issues expected to solve.The research and conclusion can provide support for accelerating the construction of digital twin rural water supply projects in Liaoning Province,and provide references for the construction of digital twin rural water supply projects in other regions.
