摘要
文章分析了灌区现状、存在问题、现代化建设改造的必要性.对现代化灌区内涵进行探究挖掘,提出现代化灌区4大特征及指标体系,结合我国灌区建设改造实际,论述了当前现代化灌区建设改造思路.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of irrigation districts,as well as the necessity of modern construction and renovation.It also explores and investigates the connotations of modern irrigation districts,and puts forward the four characteristics and the indicator system of modern irrigation districts.In combination with the reality of construction and renovation of irrigation districts in China,the current ideas of construction and renovation of modern irriga-tion districts are expounded.
