文章梳理了习近平总书记关于河道采砂重要论述,总结了河道采砂管理工作进展,分析了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论在河道采砂管理工作中的指导意义,提出了进一步加强和规范河道采砂管理工作的对策建议,为依法、科学、规范管理河道采砂提供参考.
Abstract
The paper reviews the important remarks of General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding river sand mining,summari-zes the progress in river sand mining management,analyzes the guiding significance of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in the worldview and methodology of river sand mining management.It proposes strategic suggestions for further strengthening and standardizing the management of river sand mining and aims to provide references for the lawful,scientific,and regulated management of river sand mining.
