Research on dynamic regulation strategies of water resources for multiple water sources and users in Ningxia
The dynamic regulation of water resources for the"four pre"is a key direction for the current development of the water sector and an important way to strengthen the refined management of water resources.By systematically analyzing the current situation of water resource allocation projects in Ningxia,including the multi source regulation mode of Yellow River water,local surface water,groundwater,and unconventional water,as well as the water competition relationship between industries,users,and time,this article deeply explores the main problems in the early stage,regulation process,and man-agement of water resource regulation.It proposes a dynamic water resource regulation strategy that adapts to the characteris-tics of Ningxia,including regulation goals,regulation criteria,boundary conditions,and regulation plans,providing sup-port for Ningxia to implement the requirements of"water dominates development"and achieve unified regulation and control of water resources.
