摘要
水利建设投资统计是水利建设管理的重要内容,关系到水利项目管理、投资控制和建设规划等.新阶段水利高质量发展对统计工作提出了新的要求,在肯定目前水利统计发展成绩的同时,反思水利统计还存在的不足,对提升水利统计管理水平具有重要的意义.文章通过分析水利统计技术力量配备、信息化管理、台账管理、统计口径和数据应用等方面存在的不足,从加强统计队伍建设、搭建科学高效统计平台、完善项目全过程统计台账和强化统计数据应用等方面提出了几点建议,以期对强化水利统计管理有所助益.
Abstract
Investment statistics of water conservancy construction is an important part of water conservancy construction management,which is related to water conservancy project management,investment control,and construction planning.The high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage has put forward new requirements for statistical work.While acknowledging the current achievements in water conservancy statistical development,reflecting on the shortcomings of water conservancy statistics is of great significance for improving water conservancy statistical management.This article analyzes the shortcomings in the allocation of water conservancy statistical technology,information management,ledger management,statistical caliber,and data application.Furthermore,it proposes several suggestions from strengthening the construction of statistical teams,building a scientific and efficient statistical platform,improving the statistical ledger of the entire project process,and strengthening the application of statistical data,in order to contribute to strengthening water con-servancy statistical management.
