Research on evaluation of water conservancy engineering management mode
Improving the management level of water conservancy engineering and evaluating the management mode have im-portant theoretical and practical significance for the safe and efficient operation of water conservancy projects.This article proposes a multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight TOPSIS method to optimize the evalua-tion method of water conservancy engineering management mode.Firstly,entropy weight method is used to give the weights of evaluation indexes,and then TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate and compare the traditional manage-ment mode of water conservancy project(DBB mode)and property management mode(PMC+DBB mode).The results show that the comprehensive score index of PMC+DBB mode is 0.586,and the comprehensive score index of DBB mode is 0.414.PMC+DBB mode is more suitable for the management of the project.It provides theoretical guidance for the scien-tific evaluation and selection of the optimal water conservancy engineering management mode,and is of great significance for improving the water conservancy engineering management system and improving the management level.
