Research on ecological space control and planning of Beijing Chaobai River
Water ecological space is the core component of national ecological space.In order to implement the relevant deployment requirements of Beijing Municipality on water ecological space,and to address the problems of the encroach-ment and unclear management requirements and scope boundaries of the ecological space of the Chaobai River,a general idea for the preparation of water ecological space control planning is proposed by sorting out the current situation of the eco-logical space of the Chaobai River.The control boundaries and functional zone uses of the ecological space of the Chaobai River are clarified by river sections,and control requirements such as prohibition,restriction or restriction of entry into pro-jects are proposed for the designated functional partition for protection and development.This article can provide technical support for the ecological space control of the Chaobai River,and assist the water administrative management department in the daily supervision and approval of water ecological space protection and utilization activities.
