现状来水条件下密云水库可供水量的一种计算方法研究

密云水库是北京最重要的地表水源地,科学评价水库可供水量是开展全市水资源配置与保障规划的重要基础.受气候、下垫面等环境变化及人类活动影响,密云水库来水量和供水量呈明显下降趋势.为科学分析现状来水条件下密云水库可供水量,文章提出基于天然径流量同步修正的可供水量计算方法,对密云水库实测入库来水系列进行了一致性修正,并进行了成果合理性检验.结果表明,密云水库修正后1980-2016年多年平均可供水量显著减少,比第二次水资源调查评价2020水平年成果减少了 40%~60%,可为新时期北京水资源优化配置与保障方案提供重要依据.
Research on a calculation method for the available water supply of Miyun Reservoir under current inflow conditions
Miyun Reservoir is the most important surface water source in Beijing,and scientifically evaluating the available water supply of the reservoir is an important foundation for carrying out the municipal water resource allocation and guaran-tee planning.Due to environmental changes such as climate,underlying surface,and human activities,the inflow and sup-ply of Miyun Reservoir have shown a significant downward trend.To scientifically analyze the available water supply of Miyun Reservoir under current inflow conditions,this article proposes a calculation method for available water supply based on synchronous correction of natural runoff.The consistency correction of the measured inflow series of Miyun Reservoir is carried out,and the rationality of the results is verified.The results show that after the revision of Miyun Reservoir,the average annual available water supply from 1980 to 2016 has significantly decreased,which is 40%to 60%lower than the results of the second water resources survey and evaluation in 2020,which can provide important basis for optimizing the allocation and guarantee of water resources in Beijing in the new era.
