城市更新背景下的滨水空间更新研究——以北京市为例

摘要
文章基于城市更新背景下对滨水空间更新开展研究,以北京市为例,从水务的角度界定了滨水空间的范围,以水务高质量发展目标为切入点,从安全、洁净、生态、优美、为民几个方面,归纳总结并提出北京市滨水空间更新策略,同时对北京市"一核""一主""一副""多点""一区"新城范围内的河湖水系进行分类汇总,根据河道不同类型提出功能引导和重点更新要素,为北京市滨水空间更新提供技术参考,推动城市更新和首都高质量发展,助力花园城市建设.
Abstract
The article is based on the background of urban renewal and conducts research on the renewal of waterfront spaces.Taking Beijing as a case study,the scope of waterfront spaces is defined from the perspective of water affairs.With the goal of high-quality development of water affairs as the starting point,this article summarizes and proposes strategies for the renewal of waterfront spaces in Beijing from the aspects of safety,cleanliness,ecology,beauty,and serving the people.At the same time,the article classifies and summarizes the river and lake water systems within Beijing of"one core","one main","one pair","multiple points",and"one district",and proposes functional guidance and key renewal elements according to different types of rivers,providing technical reference for the renewal of waterfront spaces in Beijing,promo-ting urban renewal and high-quality development of the capital city,and assisting the construction of garden city.
