Analysis of Beijing's local government bond and its application in water affairs
Issuing government bonds are important measures to implement proactive fiscal policies,stabilize investment,expand domestic demand,and fill gaps.Water affairs are a key supporting area for local government special bonds.In recent years,Beijing has achieved certain results in using government bonds for water construction and government bonds have become one of the important financing channels for water projects in Beijing.In order to further use the government bonds and promote the new stage of high-quality development of Beijing's water affairs,this article carries out statistical analysis and summary research on the overall situation of local government bonds in Beijing and their usage in the field of water affairs.It also provides analysis on the application of government bonds in the water affairs,and proposes targeted measures and suggestions.
