灌溉渠道多功能改造实践研究

摘要
灌溉渠道一直是我国农业生产的重要保障.然而,随着经济社会的发展、生态文明建设的推进以及城市功能的不断叠加优化,灌溉渠道被赋予了更多的功能.文章探讨了在新发展背景下老旧灌溉渠道多功能改造的必要性及创新途径,并以北京市平谷区金海湖镇的北干渠为例,对北干渠进行了多功能改造实践,改造后的北干渠不仅保留了原有的灌溉功能,还为区域增添了灵动性,改善了整体环境面貌,提升了当地的人居环境,对营造良好水环境、有效利用水资源及改善生态环境具有重要创新和实践意义,进而为全国类似地区的灌溉渠道改造提供了理论支持和实践参考.
Abstract
Irrigation channels have always been an important guarantee for agricultural production in China.However,with the development of the economy and society,the advancement of ecological civilization construction,and the continuous op-timization of urban functions,irrigation channels have been endowed with more functions.This article explores the necessity and innovative approaches for the multifunctional transformation of aged irrigation channels under the new development background and takes the Beigan Canal in Jinhaihu Town,Pinggu District,Beijing as a case study,which experienced a multifunctional renovation.The transformed Beigan Canal not only retains its original irrigation function,but also adds flexi-bility to the region,improves the overall environmental appearance,and enhances the local living environment.It has im-portant innovative and practical significance for creating a good water environment,effectively utilizing water resources,and improving the ecological environment,providing theoretical support and practical reference for irrigation channel transforma-tion in similar areas across the country.
