Research on the circumstances,current condition and strategy for the construction of Beijing's water parks
With a specific scale and quality of water conservancy scenic resources and environmental conditions,water parks combine scientific,cultural,restorative,and recreational functions.In addition to preserving its own operational capacity,the creation of a water park can encourage the coordinated development of the surrounding area.We analyze the necessity of the construction and management of Beijing's water parks from the strategic requirements of water management in the new period,the demand for high-quality scenic resources and the exploration for the harmony between human beings and water.Through assessing the current condition of Beijing's water parks construction as well as its potentials,the devel-opment strategies in terms of clarifying work positioning,strengthening top-level design,clarifying management organization and evaluation process,strengthening whole-process supervision and promoting pilot demonstrations are put forward,with a view to making water parks an important window of the high-quality development of Beijing's water affairs and deepening the reforms.
