Water conservancy is the basic support and a crucial driving force for China's high-quality development.Since the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the investment demand has been on the rise,so it is urgent to broaden long-term financing channels.Due to their flexible forms and powerful function of pooling capital,industrial investment funds have become an effective way for the financing of infrastructure construction of local governments.This paper studies and puts forward rele-vant enlightenment and suggestions on the basis of analyzing the practical experience,achievements,and existing problems of industrial investment funds in infrastructure and other related fields,in a bid to provide reference for the water sector to make a good use of industrial investment funds.
