Experience of reclaimed water utilization and allocation in typical area:a case study of the pilot construction of reclaimed water in Suqian City
Carrying out the allocation of reclaimed water resources is a major measure to optimize the regional water supply structure and water resource allocation,alleviate the supply-demand contradiction of regional water resources,and is of great significance for implementing the comprehensive conservation strategy.The article takes Suqian City,a representative city along the East Route of the South to North Water Diversion Project,as an example,and combines it with the construc-tion of the first batch of national pilot projects for reclaimed water allocation.It elaborates on the relevant experience accu-mulated by Suqian City in promoting the pilot work from the aspects of basic conditions for reclaimed water allocation pilot projects,main practices and innovative measures,reclaimed water utilization projects and construction results,and pilot experience and lessons learned,in order to provide inspiration and reference for the allocation,utilization and management of reclaimed water in other regions.
