水曲柳前4级细根N内循环的研究

以黑龙江省东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场20年生水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)人工纯林为研究对象,运用根序分级方法将水曲柳细根划分四个等级,将各等级活根与死根间的氮(N)含量(μg/cm)差异加以比较,研究水曲柳各级根序死亡脱落前是否发生N的内循环,并量化各级根序细根的N内循环率.结果显示:水曲柳一级根和二级根不存在N内循环,三级根和四级根有N内循环发生,内循环率分别为26.03%和50.93%.本研究结果表明:研究细根N内循环,应该考虑根序因素的影响.
Nitrogen Retranslocation from the First Four Order of Fine Root Branch of Fraxinus mandshurica
In this study,the nitrogen contents differences between live and dead roots were compared to study nitrogen retranslocation in the branch order fine roots of a Manchurian Ash (Fraxinus mandshurica) plantation located in the mountains of northeastern Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that:there was no nitrogen retranslocation from the first-order and the second-order roots,but there were nitrogen retranslocations from the third-order and the fourth-order roots,and nitrogen retranslocation efficiencys were 26.03% and 50.93%,respectively.These results illustrated that roots branch order may be an important indication of nitrogen retranslocation in dead fine roots.
