通过露天网棚对分别来自于嫩江云杉和红皮云杉的嫩枝进行了扦插繁殖,试验结果表明:嫩江云杉可以通过扦插方式进行无性繁殖,其平均生根率为27.9%,插穗平均不定根数为6.2条;就插穗平均不定根数而言,嫩江云杉与红皮云杉无显著差异.但是,来自于40~ 59 a生嫩江云杉树下的子代幼树的插穗的扦插生根率与红皮云杉相比较,达到显著水平,具有较高的扦插生根率;而60~ 99 a生的嫩江云杉树下的幼树的插穗的扦插生根率与红皮云杉相比较,无显著差异,表现出明显的年龄效应,即随着母树年龄的提高,其扦插生根率随之降低.
Cutting Propagation of Picea koraiensis and Picea koraiensis var. nenjiangensis
With the outside net-house system,the softwood cutting propagation of Picea.koraiensis Nakai var.nenjiangensis and P.koraiensis at different ages were conducted.The mean rooting percentage of P.koraiensis Nakai var.nenjiangensis was 27.9% and the mean number of adventitious roots were 6.2.The mean number of adventitious roots between Picea.koraiensis Nakai var.nenjiangensis and P.koraiensis were not significant.However,the rooting percentage of cutting from saplings of 40-59 a was significant compared with P.koraiensis,but it was not significant from saplings of 60-99 a.The result showed that the cuttings of P.koraiensis Nakai var.nenjiangensis presented significant age effect.
