Research on Forestry Science and Technology Development of Heilongjiang Forest Industry under the Transformation Background
This paper introduced the background and significance of forest industry science and technology development,reviewed and summarized the technological achievements and the main problems during the Twelfth Five Year Plan period.It is pointed out that forestry region in Heilongjiang Province was in the comprehensive transition period of post-stopping cutting age,forestry industry should timely introduce the technology developing top-level design and should re-plan the research direction and development strategy of forestry science and technology.The study showed that in order to support the forestry industry transition,upgradation and replacement,forest industry needs to continue to strengthen five traditional technologies,such as macro development strategy,tree breeding,sustainable forest management,forest disaster prevention and control,and the wisdom forestry and modern forestry equipment,and focuses on research and development of five the transition supporting,such as forest food industry,northeast pharmaceutical,planting and breeding industry,seedling and flower industry,and deep processing of timber industry,combines with the development strategy of multi-aspect as well as multi-level,multi,effectively improves the forest industry science and technology development level.
