PBAT增韧改性交联PBS的性能研究

采用聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)对交联聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行熔融共混改性研究,运用熔体流动速率仪、毛细管流变仪、偏光显微镜(POM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和电子万能拉力机等表征手段对共混物的流变性能、热性能、结晶性能和力学性能进行分析.结果表明,随着PBAT含量的增加,共混物的熔体黏度不断增加,结晶度下降,拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率在PBAT质量分数为30%时达到300%,约为纯PBS的30倍,材料的韧性明显提高.
Research on Properties of PBAT Toughening and Modifying Crosslinked PBS
The crosslinked poly (butylene succinate) (PBS) was melting blended and modified with poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT).Using melt flow rate rheometer,capillary rheometer,polarizing microscope (POM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and electronic universal testing machine,it analyzed the rheological properties,thermal properties,crystallization properties and mechanical properties of the blends.The results showed that with PBAT content increasing,the melt viscosity of the blend increased,the degree of crystallinity decreased,the tensile strength reduced,elongation at break of PBAT content at 30% reached 300%,about 30 times of that of pure PBS,it significantly improved the toughness of the material.
