活性稀释剂对环氧树脂固化物力学性能的影响

以辛基缩水甘油醚(XY746)为稀释剂,改性异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)为固化剂,采用模具浇注法制备了力学性能较好的环氧树脂固化物.研究了稀释剂用量对环氧树脂的黏度及环氧固化物拉伸、压缩强度等力学性能的影响;并对拉伸断裂机理进行了分析.结果表明,随着稀释剂用量的增加,环氧树脂的黏度一直下降,而固化物的拉伸强度、拉伸模量和压缩强度呈现先增加后减小的趋势.稀释剂质量分数在15%时,固化物的力学性能达到最佳,拉伸强度、拉伸模量和压缩强度分别提高了126%、86%和50%,断口形貌则表现出典型的韧性断裂特征.
Influence of the Reactive Diluent on the Mechanical Properties of the Epoxy Thermosets
With 2-Ethylhexyl glycidyl ether (XY746) as diluent and the modified isophorone diamine (IPDA) as curing agent,the epoxy thermosets were prepared by casting method.The influence of the content of the diluent on the viscosity and mechanical properties of the epoxy thermosets were investigated,and the tensile fracture mechanism was studied.The results showed that with the increment of the diluents,the viscosity of the epoxy resin decreased while the tensile strength,the elastic modulus and the compressive strength of the epoxy thermosets increased firstly and decreased then.The optimum mechanical properties were achieved when the mass fraction of diluent was 15%.The tensile strength,the elastic modulus and the compressive strength were increased by 126%,86% and 50%,respectively.The fracture morphology exhibited typical ductile fracture pattern.
