DH-DOPO阻燃剂的合成及对醇酸树脂的阻燃研究

以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、多聚甲醛和二乙醇胺合成了反应型阻燃剂9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-[N,N-二(羟乙基)氨甲基]-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DH-DOPO),采用红外光谱仪和核磁共振波谱仪对其结构进行了表征,热重分析表明其失重1%的热解温度高达220℃.将DH-DOPO作为反应型阻燃剂制备了阻燃醇酸树脂,锥形量热仪测试结果表明,DH-DOPO提高了醇酸树脂的阻燃性能,并且随磷含量增加,点燃时间(TTI)和残炭率(CR)不断增加,热释放速率峰值(PHRR)和总热释放(THR)不断下降.
Synthesis of DH-DOPO and Its Flame Retardant Effects on Alkyd Resin
A reactive flame retardant (DH-DOPO) was synthesized from 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO),polyoxymethylene and diethanolamine.The structure of DH-DOPO was identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FHR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR).Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the temperature for 1% mass loss of DH-DOPO is as high as 220 ℃.Flame retarded alkyd resins were prepared by adding DH-DOPO as a reactant in alkyd resin.The cone calorimeter test results indicate that the flame retardancy of alkyd resin is improved by adding DH-DOPO.As phosphorus content increases,the time to ignition and char residue increase,and the peak heat release rate and total heat release decrease.
