The composites of graphene/PA46 were prepared by the method of mechanical blending,and then the thermal and mechanical and tribological properties of the composites were tested.Results show that graphene can increase the crystallization and decomposition temperature of PA46,however,the mechanical properties show the trend of decrease.When the usage of graphene is 0.1 wt%,the tensile and bending strength reach to the minimum values decreased by 6.7% and 4.2%,respectively,compared to pure PA46.Graphene can obviously decrease the friction coefficient and wear rate of the composites,and when the content of graphene is 0.05wt%,the friction coefficient decreases by 14.6% and the wear rate is 1/5 of PA46.
