为了获得最佳汽车滤清器盖注射成型加工工艺参数,提出了基于响应面和灰色关联分析的注塑工艺多目标优化方法.建立了响应面法的灰色关联度分析模型,并对汽车滤清器盖注射成型质量中各影响因素进行灰色关联分析,获得各影响因素对灰色关联度影响的排序和最佳工艺参数组合.结果表明,采用该方法所得的寻优结果可直接用于汽车滤清器盖制品的试制与和生产,证明了该方法用于汽车滤清器盖注塑工艺多目标优化是有效的.
Multi-objective Optimization of the Injection Molding of Automobile Filter Cover Based on Response Surface and Grey Relational Analysis
In order to obtain the optimal process parameters for the injection molding of automobile filter cover,a multi-objective optimization method of injection molding process based on response surface and grey relation analysis was put forward.The response surface method in combination with grey relational analysis model was established,and the factors affecting the quality for injection molding of automobile filter cover were analyzed by using the grey relational analysis model,and the order of the grey relational grade of the influence factors and the optimal process parameters were got.The experiment results show that the method can be directly used in injection molding of automobile filter cover,which has proved effective in the multiobjective optimization of the injection molding of automobile filter cover.
