生物降解塑料制品指纹数据一致性评价研究

针对目前国内外生物降解塑料产品指纹数据库研究和应用的短缺,以及市场对于生物降解材料一致性验证的需求,建立生物降解塑料产品指纹数据库和一致性评价方法.通过采集各种生物降解塑料产品的红外光谱分析(FTIR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重分析(TG)指纹信息,建立生物降解塑料产品指纹数据库,通过指纹数据有效性研究,将指纹数据库应用于生物降解塑料产品一致性评价.本文通过优化指纹采集条件并研究指纹数据有效性,建立了生物降解塑料产品一致性判定准则.通过本研究可以开展生物降解塑料产品一致性评价工作,为广大企业提供质量控制技术服务,为监管部门提供一致性监管技术支持,并为后续开展生物降解产品认证打下基础,具有重要的现实意义.
Evaluation of Fingerprint Data Consistency of Biodegradable Plastic Products
In view of the shortage of research and application of fingerprint database of biodegradable plastic products at home and abroad at present,and the demand of market for consistency verification of biodegradable plastics,the fingerprint database of biodegradable plastics was established by collecting fingerprint information of various biodegradable plastic products,such as,infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).And the fingerprint database was applied to the consistency evaluation of biodegradable plastics through the validity study of fingerprint data.Through this research,the conformity evaluation of biodegradable plastic products could be carried out,technical services could be provided for quality control for enterprises.Technical support could be provided for conformity supervision for regulatory authorities,and it could lay a foundation for the subsequent certification of biodegradable products,which had important practical significance.
