Study on Mass Production Technology of Inorganic Antibacterial Agent in Plastic Application
Using Ag-carrying glass as antibacterial agent,activated light calcium carbonates as dispersant,and melamine resin as carrier resin,antibacterial light calcium melamine composites were compression molded at 180,200 and 210℃,respectively.The pressed products were carried out by scanning electron microscope(SEM),mechanical property test,formaldehyde migration determination and melamine migration determination to further optimize stamping process of antibacterial light calcium melamine composites,and evaluate its safety as a food contact container.These results indicate that the antibacterial light calcium melamine composite obtained by compression molding at 200℃has better performance in all aspects.The crosslink bond between macromolecular chains is cracked when the melamine resin is compression molded at 210℃,and the product could meet the safety requirements of food contact containers.
