原料丙烯经原有精制系统净化后,仍残留不利于聚合反应的组分,削弱催化剂的反应活性.鉴于此,国能宁夏煤业集团烯烃二分公司对原有精制系统进行改造,将脱除绿油+脱除极性含氧化合物组合工艺嵌入原有精制系统并设置串级控制系统.闪蒸实验结果表明,新精制系统除杂效果显著,从根本上解决了因原料不纯导致反应活性降低的技术难题,为装置控制节约成本,提升了经济效益和社会价值.
The Propylene Purification System Upgrade and Directional Impurity Removal
The raw propylene was purified by the old purification system,and it still had several components which hindered the polyolefin reaction,weakened the reaction activity of the catalyst.In this view,National Energy Group Ningxia Coal Group Olefin Second Branch renovated the old purification system,they embedded the combination process of removing green oil and polar oxygen-containing compounds into the old purification system and set up a cascade control system.The flash evaporation results display that the new purification system has an obvious effect on impurity removal.It effectively solves the technical problem that reaction activity of catalyst is weakened by impure materials,and it also saves the cost and enhances economic benefits and social value.
