Key Technologies and Applications of Intelligent Sensing and Control in Discrete Manufacturing in Injection Molding Industry
In the context of comprehensively promoting the informatization and intelligence of the manufacturing industry,and in light of the current situation of discrete manufacturing in the injection molding industry,research on key technologies for autonomous sensing and control of the plastic discrete manufacturing process was carried out.The technological structure of each functional module of injection molding equipment was upgraded and transformed,and research was conducted on the autonomous perception of key data during the operation of big data,online defect collection and intelligent recognition,self-organized scheduling of production tasks,adaptive adjustment of equipment intelligent control strategies,and intelligent management platform for equipment cloud.The new injection molding process of intelligent monitoring,management,service and maintenance of the production process was realized,which helped to realize unmanned operation in the injection molding workshop of large enterprises,improved the quality of injection molding products in downstream industries,and realized the intelligent improvement of plastic machine equipment products.
