电解法去除废旧ABS电镀材料表面金属镀层

采用电化学反应的方法对废旧丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)电镀件进行了退镀实验,研究了电压、退镀时间、电解液质量分数、电解液种类对退镀效率的影响.当采用20%CaCl2溶液作为电解液,电压为5V时具有较好退镀效率,电解时间60 min时退镀率可达98.74%.对比了化学处理和电解退镀处理的废旧ABS塑料的物理性能和老化性能,通过电解法进行退镀处理的废旧ABS塑料仍保持有较好的物理性能和耐老化性能,在循环使用中不易变色.
Removing the Metal Coating on the Surface of Waste ABS Electroplated Materials by Electrolytical Process
Platy stripping experiments were carried out on the waste acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)electroplated parts by the electrochemical reactions.The effects of voltage,platy stripping time,electrolyte mass fractions and electrolyte types on platy stripping efficiency were studied.When a 20%CaCl2 solution is used as the electrolyte and the voltage is 5 V,the platy stripping efficiency is good,and the platy stripping rate can reach 98.74%when the electrolysis time is 60 min.The physical properties and aging properties of waste ABS plastics treated by the chemical treatment and the electrolytic platy stripping are also compared.The waste ABS plastics treated by electrolytic platy stripping still maintains good physical properties and aging resistance,and it is not easy to change the color during recycling.
