Establishment and Analysis of the Grafting Ratios of LLDPE-g-MAH
A rapid method for detecting the grafting ratios of linear low density polyethylene grafted with maleic anhydride(LLDPE-g-MAH)was established through acid-base titration and infrared analysis.Firstly,the grafting ratios of LLDPE-g-MAH samples with different grafting ratios were obtained by acid-base titration,and then the peak height ratio of the characteristic peak of maleic anhydride and LLDPE internal standard peak was obtained by infrared analysis.The standard curve was fitted by fitting the graft ratio obtained by the method to the ratio of the peak height of the characteristic infrared peaks.This standard curve can be used to rapidly determine the grafting ratio of unknown LLDPE-g-MAH.This method is fast and convenient to operate,and has guiding significance for industrial production.
