摘要

以聚丙烯(PP)树脂为发泡原料,二氧化碳(CO2)为发泡剂,水为分散及导热剂,在高压反应釜中探索了PP釜压珠粒发泡的制备工艺,研究了发泡压力、发泡温度对PP发泡行为的影响,得到了制备不同倍率PP发泡珠粒的工艺条件.研究发现,在一定的温度范围内,PP珠粒发泡倍率随温度升高而增大,但过高的温度会导致发泡珠粒发生粘接.发泡压力的上升同样可以提高珠粒的发泡倍率,且泡孔的成核密度增大,泡孔尺寸减小.

Abstract

With polypropylene resin as the foaming raw material,carbon dioxide(CO2)as the foaming agent,water as the dispersion and heat conduction agent,the preparation process of polypropylene foam beads was explored in a high-pressure reactor.The effects of foaming pressure and foaming temperature on the foaming behaviors of polypropylene were studied,and the process conditions for preparing polypropylene foam beads with different foaming ratios were obtained.The results show that in a certain temperature range,the foaming ratio of polypropylene beads increases with the increase of temperature,but the excessive temperature leads to the adhesion of foam beads.The increase of foaming pressure can also increase the foaming ratio of beads,increase the nucleation density of cells,and decrease the cell size.
