摘要
为了探明工艺条件对初生纤维结构与性能的影响,采用旋转黏度计法研究了聚丙烯腈(PAN)含量对其纺丝液黏度的影响.实验结果表明,PAN含量增大,纺丝液的非牛顿流体特性增大.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了凝固浴条件(纺丝液浓度、凝固浴温度、凝固浴液浓度、凝固时间)对初生纤维结构的影响.结果表明,纺丝液浓度为20%、凝固浴温度为60~65℃、凝固浴液浓度(质量分数)为65%、凝固时间为 30s时,有利于制备表面光滑、圆形截面的PAN初生纤维.
Abstract
To investigate the influences of process conditions on the structures and properties of as-spun fibers,the effects of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)contents on the viscosity of its spinning solution were studied via using a rotational viscometer.The results show that,with the increase of PAN content,the non-Newtonian fluid characteristic of the spinning solution is increased.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to investigate the influences of coagulation bath conditions(the mass fraction of spinning solution,coagulation bath temperature,the mass fraction of coagulation bath,coagulation time)on the formation of as-spun fiber structures.When the mass fraction of spinning solution is 20%,the coagulation bath temperature is 60-65℃,the mass fraction of coagulation bath is65%,and the coagulation time is30 s,the PAN as-spun fibers with smooth surfaces and circular sections are prepared.
