PBAT/PPC/CaCO3复合材料薄膜的制备及其性能

为制备满足GB/T 38727-2020 且成本更加低廉的全生物可降解塑料产品,以聚己二酸丁二醇酯-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)为基体,以聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)和碳酸钙(CaCO3)为填料,采用熔融共混吹膜的方法制备PBAT/PPC/CaCO3复合材料薄膜.通过改变PBAT、PPC与CaCO3的不同质量分数,合成了一系列复合材料薄膜,并探究了样品薄膜的力学性能、热性能、微观形貌和气液阻隔性.研究表明,随着CaCO3质量分数的增加,样品的拉伸强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,断裂伸长率与热稳定性下降,气液阻隔性提高.通过与GB/T 38727-2020 对比,确定了满足性能标准的样品配方,样品 PBAT/PPC/CaCO3(60/30/10)(数值表示各组分的质量分数)可用于制备自动包装卷装膜、快递封装用膜、塑料薄膜类包装袋用膜;PBAT/PPC/CaCO3(40/30/30)可用于制备自粘膜.
Preparation and Properties of PBAT/PPC/CaCO3 Composite Films
To prepare fully biodegradable plastic products that meet the GB/T 38727-2020 standard and have lower costs,polybutylene adipate-butylene terylene phthalate(PBAT)was used as the matrix,polypropylidene carbonate(PPC)and calcium carbonate(CaCO3)were used as fillers.PBAT/PPC/CaCO3 composite films were prepared by the methods of melt-blending and blown film extrusion.A series of composite films were synthesized by changing the mass fractions of PBAT,PPC and CaCO3.The mechanical properties,thermal properties,micro-morphologies,gas and liquid barrier properties of the sample films were explored.The results show that the tensile strength of the sample firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of the mass fractions of CaCO3,the elongation at break and thermal stability of the sample gradually decreases,the gas and liquid barrier properties of the sample improves.By comparing with the GB/T 38727-2020,the sample formulas meeting the performance standards were determined.The PBAT/PPC/CaCO3(60/30/10)sample could be used to prepare roll films for automatic packaging,express packaging films,and films for plastic packaging bag.The PBAT/PPC/CaCO3(40/30/30)sample could be used to prepare self-adhesive films.The numerical values in these sample names represent the mass fractions of corresponding components.
