摘要

采用凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、偏光显微镜(PLM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等分析手段,研究了京博聚烯烃公司生产的透明聚丙烯产品RP340R及市场上进口的同类产品RP344RK的结构、结晶形态和结晶行为.结果表明,RP340R和RP344RK的序列结构接近,均为共聚单体为少量乙烯的无规共聚聚丙烯;晶型均为α晶型,球晶尺寸细化程度明显;随着冷却速率的升高,起始结晶温度、峰值结晶温度均降低,而结晶速率加快.与RP340R相比,RP344RK的相对分子质量分布较宽,非等温冷结晶活化能较小.

Abstract

The structures,crystallization morphologies and crystallization behaviors of the transparent polypropylene product RP340R produced by the chambroad polyolefin company and the imported similar product RP344RK were studied by the gel permeation chromatography(GPC),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),polarized light microscope(PLM)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The results indicate that the sequence structures of RP340R and RP344RK are similar.Both of them are random polypropylene copolymers containing a small amount of ethylene comonomer.Their crystal forms are α form and the spherulite sizes are obviously refined.With the increase of cooling rate,the initial crystallization temperature and the peak crystallization temperature decrease,but the crystallization rate increases.Compared with RP340R,RP344RK has a wider relative molecular mass distribution and a smaller activation energy of non-isothermal cold crystallization.
