聚碳酸酯玻璃材料加工物理与技术的研究概况

本文主要从加工物理与加工技术两个方面对聚碳酸酯(PC)玻璃的研究进行综述.总结了当前对PC微观结构的认识,以及温度场、压力场、剪切场和拉伸力场这4 种加工外场对PC微观结构的影响;介绍了PC注塑加工、注射压缩加工、挤出加工和拉伸加工等具有工业化前景加工技术,并介绍了加工工艺参数对PC性能的影响关系.并对PC加工未来的发展方向进行了展望,以期为PC玻璃的高性能化加工提供一定的指导.
Overview of Processing Physics and Technical Researches on Polycarbonate Glass Materials
In this article,the researches on polycarbonate(PC)glass were reviewed from two aspects of processing physics and processing technology.The current understandings of the microstructures of PC,as well as the effects of temperature field,pressure field,shear field,and tensile force field on its microstructures were summarized.The industrial processing techniques such as injection molding,injection compression molding,extrusion processing,and stretching processing for PC were introduced,and the effects of different processing parameters on PC performances were introduced.The prospects for future developments of PC processing were also provided.This work would provide certain guidance for the high-performance processing of PC glass materials.
