摘要

聚氨酯(PU)薄膜因其具有较好的防水透气性能,广泛用于户外休闲用品.为进一步提高其力学性能,制备了滑石粉(Talc)填充改性聚氨酯.滑石粉先用硅烷偶联剂(KH550)预处理,以改善与PU的相容性.通过熔融共混、挤出造粒法得到PU/Talc改性粒料,然后中空吹塑成膜.重点考察了改性滑石粉对PU/Talc薄膜的力学性能、流变性能、热性能的影响规律.实验结果表明,改性滑石粉在聚氨酯基体中分散均匀.与纯PU相比,添加 4%改性滑石粉的PU/Talc复合膜的拉伸强度最高,提高了36.7%;添加2%改性滑石粉的PU/Talc复合膜的穿刺强度最强,提高了40.5%.同时流变研究结果表明,改性PU/Talc复合膜保持了较好的流动性.本研究结果可为高强户外休闲用品的开发提供技术支持.

Abstract

Polyurethane(PU)films with excellent waterproof and breathable properties are extensively employed in outdoor leisure products.To further enhance their mechanical performances,modified polyurethane films filled with talcum powder(Talc)were prepared.Talc was pre-treated with a silane coupling agent(KH550)to improve its compatibility with PU.PU/Talc modified granules were obtained through melt blending and extrusion granulating,followed by the hollow blow molding to form films.The influences of modified Talc on the mechanical properties,rheological behaviors,and thermal properties of PU/Talc films were investigated.The results indicate that the modified Talc disperses uniformly in the polyurethane matrix.In comparison with pure PU films,the tensile strength of PU/Talc composite film with a4%mass fraction modified Talc is the highest,which is increased by36.7%.Moreover,the puncture strength of PU/Talc composite film with a 2%mass fraction modified Talc is the highest,which is increased by 40.5%.Additionally,the modified PU/Talc composite films retain favorable flow properties.These findings provide technical supports for the developments of high-strength outdoor leisure commodities.
