高含量滑石粉填充聚丙烯的热氧老化行为研究

引入滑石粉是提高聚丙烯模量的重要手段之一,在150℃高温热氧老化处理,发现滑石粉的引入对聚丙烯热氧老化寿命具有显著影响.随着滑石粉含量的增加,改性聚丙烯的耐热氧化寿命缩短,热氧老化对拉伸强度的劣化幅度较小,但是热氧老化过程中,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度呈现先提高后衰减的趋势.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)以及凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)等表征手段,研究了滑石粉填充聚丙烯在热氧老化过程中分子量、结晶度以及填料/树脂界面结构三者的变化,发现热氧老化条件下,聚丙烯的重结晶作用与界面脱粘是劣化滑石粉填充聚丙烯热氧老化寿命与冲击强度的主要因素.
Study on the Thermo-Oxidative Aging Behaviors of Polypropylene Filled with the High-Content Talcum Powder
The introduction of talcum powder is one of the important methods to improve the modulus of polypropylene.The results show that the introduction of talcum powder has a significant effect on the thermo-oxidative aging life of polypropylene treated at 150℃.With the content of talcum powder increases,the thermal aging life of modified polypropylene decreases,thermal aging shows a little deterioration on tensile strength,while the impact strength increases at first and then decreases in the process of thermal aging.X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC)were used to investigate the changes of molecular weight,crystallinity and filler/resin interface structures in the process of thermo-oxidative aging.The results show that the impact strength and thermo-oxidative aging life are decreased by introducing talcum powder,which is due to the recrystallization and interfacial debonding of polypropylene.
