Novolen工艺均聚聚丙烯产品的气味表征

本文采用人工嗅闻、顶空法和袋子法对宁夏煤业有限责任公司2 条生产线生产的均聚聚丙烯 1100N粉料和粒料产品进行气味等级检验、总碳、五苯三醛和有机挥发物种类及含量表征与检测,通过对比分析研究有机挥发物组成和气味表现的不同,探索气味的来源,寻找去除气味的有效方法.检测结果表明,Novolen工艺聚丙烯1100N产品中有机挥发物种类众多,包含苯类、醛类、酯类、酸类、酮类、脂肪烃类和其他类,绝大多数是脂肪烃类;通过净化仓中注入少量的低压蒸汽和在挤压机喉部加入少量脱盐水的方式,能够有效地脱除体系中的醛、醇、酸类等小分子极性挥发物,降低气味等级.
Odor Characterizations of Homo-polypropylene Products Produced by the Novolen Process
In this paper,the artificial sniffing,headspace method and bag method were used to detect the odor grade,total carbon,the species and contents of pentachloral and organic volatiles in the homogeneous polypropylene 1100N powder and granular products produced by two production lines in Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.Through the comparative analysis of organic volatiles and odor performances,the sources of odor were explored,the effective ways to remove the odor were found.The results show that there are many kinds of organic volatiles in Novolen process polypropylene 1100N,including benzene,aldehyde,ester,acid,ketone,aliphatic hydrocarbon and others,most of them are aliphatic hydrocarbon.By injecting a small amount of low-pressure steam into the purifying bin and adding a small amount of demineralized water at the throat of the extruder,the small-molecular polar volatiles such as aldehyde,alcohol and acid in the system could be effectively removed,effectively reducing the odor grade.
