摘要
特种工程塑料属于国家经济先导性产业,对于新能源汽车、5G通讯、航空航天、医疗等领域的发展起到关键推动作用.本文综述了国内特种聚酰胺[耐高温尼龙(PPA)/长碳链尼龙(LCPA)]、聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、液晶高分子聚合物(LCP)、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚砜(PSF)的市场及技术发展现状,分析了特种工程塑料高端产品国产化瓶颈(单体制备、分离纯化技术、聚合工艺和关键装备).针对国内发展特种工程塑料存在的技术壁垒高、原料短缺、产业结构不合理等问题,从强化创新、促进市场融合、污染防控等方面提出了发展建议.
Abstract
Special engineering plastics belong to the national economic leading industry,and play a key role in promoting the developments of new energy vehicles,5G communications,aerospace,medical and other fields.This paper reviewed the markets and technology development statuses of domestic special polyamide[high temperature resistant nylon(PPA)/long carbon chain nylon(LCPA)],polyimide(PI),polyphenylene sulfide(PPS),liquid crystal polymer(LCP),polyether ether ketone(PEEK),polysulfone(PSF),and analyzed the difficulties in the localization of special engineering plastics(monomer preparations,separation and purification techniques,polymerization techniques,and critical equipment).In view of the problems of high technical barriers,shortage of raw materials and unreasonable industrial structures in the domestic developments of special engineering plastics,development suggestions were put forward from the aspects of strengthening innovation,promoting market integration,pollution prevention and control.
