纳米二氧化硅改性氧化石墨烯/水性聚氨酯复合材料的制备及性能

利用四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)原位水解法制备了纳米SiO2改性氧化石墨烯(GO-S),使用傅里叶变换红外光谱、拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对GO和GO-S进行对比研究,证明了GO-S的成功制备.进一步地,制备了水性聚氨酯(WPU)、WPU/GO和WPU/GO-S,对比研究了样品的性能.拉伸性能测试结果表明,与纯WPU相比,WPU/GO的拉伸强度有所提升,但断裂伸长率显著下降.WPU/GO-S的拉伸强度提升至WPU的256%,断裂伸长率略微下降.水接触角测试结果表明,WPU/GO-S的水接触角高达75°,明显高于WPU的61°,说明GO-S的加入显著提高了WPU涂层的疏水性.耐腐蚀性测试结果表明,WPU/GO-S的阻抗模最高,比基板增大约1 个数量级,也明显优于WPU/GO涂层,证明WPU/GO-S的耐腐蚀性最佳.
Preparation and Performances of Nano-SiO2 Modified Graphene Oxide/Waterborne Polyurethane Composites
Nano-SiO2 modified graphene oxide(GO-S)was prepared by in-situ hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane(TEOS).Comparative studies were conducted on GO and GO-S using infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and scanning electron microscope,demonstrating the successful preparation of GO-S.The waterborne polyurethane(WPU),WPU/GO and WPU/GO-S composites were further prepared,and their properties were comparatively studied.The mechanical performance results show that,compared with pure WPU,the tensile strength of WPU/GO is improved,but the elongation at break is significantly reduced.The tensile strength of WPU/GO-S is significantly increased to 256%of WPU,while the elongation at break is slightly decreased.The water contact angle test results show that the water contact angle of WPU/GO-S is as high as 75°,which is significantly higher than that of WPU(61°),indicating that the addition of GO-S significantly improves the hydrophobicity of WPU coatings.The corrosion resistance test results show that the impedance modulus of WPU/GO-S is the highest.Compared with the substrate,the impedance modulus of WPU/GO-S is increased by about one order of magnitude and also significantly better than that of WPU/GO coating.The WPU/GO-S has the best corrosion resistance.
