摘要
淮河入海水道为季节性明显的分洪河道,在非汛期,有利于控制工程的检修和加固,分流岛宽度因此不受限制.淮安枢纽扩建的分流岛宽度对泄洪、施工、环境和投资等方面有直接影响.为了获得科学合理的分流岛宽度,本文分析了工程地质条件、运河通航条件、设备布置、施工布置以及邻近建筑物影响等因素与分流岛宽度之间的关系.研究结果表明,缩窄分流岛宽度能减少施工围封面积,节约工程占地和工程量,并且节省工程投资,经济效益明显.
Abstract
The Huaihe River to sea waterway is a seasonally significant flood diversion channel.During non-flood season,it facilitates the inspection and reinforcement of control projects,making the width of the diversion island unrestricted.The width of the diversion island at the Huai'an Hub,expanded during its reconstruction,directly impacts flood discharge,construction,the environment,and investment.To determine a scientifically reasonable width for the diversion island,this paper analyzes the relationships between the island width and factors such as engineering geological conditions,canal navigation requirements,equipment layout,construction arrangement,and the impact on adjacent structures.The study results indicate that narrowing the width of the diversion island reduces the area of construction enclosures,saves land and construction volume,and lowers project investment,demonstrating significant economic benefits.
