西霞院水库库区防淤堵情况分析

西霞院水库是黄河小浪底水利枢纽的反调节水库。近年来,水库坝前漏斗区初步形成冲刷漏斗,下游南岸淤积情况明显,造成西霞院水库“上冲下淤”的不利形态。水力发电厂采取合理水库调度措施,经过2013年调水调沙、防洪和发电运用,与2013年汛前相比漏斗区整体约有0.5m左右的淤积,漏斗冲刷状况得到初步改进。坝下冲淤测验结果显示,坝下区域南岸泄洪闸对应部位的海曼区域以平淤为主,减淤效果有所改善。通过改善西霞院库区淤积形态,延长了小浪底水库的拦沙运用年限,为维持黄河健康生命做出了贡献。
Analysis on the Xixiayuan Reservoir′s Anti-clogging
The Xixiayuan reservoir is a reregulating reservoir of Xiaolangdi Water Control Project in the Yellow River.It was initially formed scouring funnel in front of the dam′s funnel area in recent years, and the deposit condition in the lower reaches′s south shore was obvious.It caused adverse conditions.We take reasonable reservoir dispatching measures, after water -sediment regulation, flood control and generation of electricity in 2013 , the whole funnel areas deposit to 0.5 m to compare with 2013 before the flood period.The scouring situation in funnel area is improved initially.The test results show that the deposition in the lower reaches′s south shore is decreased gradually.By impro-ving deposit form in the Xixiayuan reservoir, it prolongs the period of Xiaolangdi reservoir′s sediment control.It makes a contribution to maintaining healthy yellow river.
