Study on the Causes and Prevention Methods of Crack of Channel Sluice Pier
In order to strengthen the prevention and control of the crack problem of channel sluice pier and promote the construction of channel sluice renovation project,the finite element model of channel sluice pier was proposed to study the relationship between temperature difference stress,pouring time interval and the crack of channel sluice pier.The results show that with the increase of construction interval,the maximum tensile stress of base plate and pier increases,and cracks are more likely to occur.On day 5,the maximum stress of the sluice block with the condensate pipe is reduced by 100 kPa compared to the maximum stress before the installation.The results show that reasonable time interval of pier pouring and laying of condensing pipe can effectively prevent and cure the crack problem of channel sluice pier.
