摘要

为了降低内河水运建设工程成本,在工程造价的基础上,确定成本管理优化重点,并基于目前成本管理的问题,设计对应的优化思路.同时,为了保证成本管理优化方案的顺利实施,设计相应的保障措施.结果显示,方案优化前工程费用总和为 76 515.43 万元,优化后工程费用总和为 68 873.06 万元,表明研究所设计的优化方案和保障方案可以有效节约成本.

Abstract

In order to reduce the cost of inland waterway construction projects,the focus of cost management optimization has been determined based on the engineering cost,and corresponding optimization ideas have been designed based on current cost management issues.In addition,to ensure the smooth implementation of cost management optimization plans,research has also designed safeguard measures.The results showed that the total engineering cost before the optimization of the plan was 765.1543 million yuan,while the total engineering cost after optimization was 688.7306 million yuan,indicating that the optimization plan and guarantee plan designed by the research institute can effectively save costs.
