考虑电能消耗成本的城市供水系统优化调度方法研究

为了高效地对城市供水系统进行调度,利用优化方法,对系统调度进行优化.从电能消耗成本的视角,结合宏观模型和罚函数,构建供水系统优化调度模型.结果显示,优化调度模型能调节供水流量,减少供水费用;时段 3 下,A水厂优化流量为 3 166.25m3/h,比实测流量大668.35m3/h;A、B两座水厂平均节约供水费用率为 5.80%.研究方法提高了城市供水系统调度的效率,降低了水厂运行成本.
Research on Optimal Dispatching Method of Urban Water Supply System Considering Electricity Consumption Cost
To efficiently dispatch urban water supply systems,research and use optimization methods to optimize system scheduling.From the perspective of electricity consumption cost,combined with macro models and penalty functions,a water supply system optimization scheduling model is obtained.The results show that the optimized scheduling model can regulate water supply flow and reduce water supply costs.During period 3,the optimized flow rate of water plant A is 3 166.25m3/h,which is 668.35m3/h higher than the measured flow rate.The average water supply cost saving rate of two water plants of A and B is 5.80%.The research method has improved the efficiency of urban water supply system scheduling and reduced the operating costs of water plants.
