Calculation and Evaluation of Ecological Flow of Dayudang Water Conservancy Project Based on Improved Tennant Method
The improved Tennant method performs well in the evaluation of ecological flow of the Dayudang water conservancy project, and its comprehensive correlation degree is superior to other comprehensive correlation degree methods. The study found that the ideal ecological flow should account for 30%~60%of the annual flow, while the optimal ecological flow should account for 40%~80%.Within this range, the stability of river ecosystems is enhanced.Especially when the ecological flow is 60%~100%,it is considered to be the most appropriate ecological flow.Combining with the hydropower development plan of the main stream of Masa river, the efficiency of water resources utilization can be improved in practical sense. The results show that the improved Tennant method has advantages in ecological flow assessment and is of great value for water resource understand, management and river ecosystem protection.
