Research on Temperature Control Measures for Large Volume Concrete Construction of Gravity Dam Bottom Plate
In order to determine appropriate construction temperature control parameters,ANSYS numerical analysis method was used to study the internal temperature field and stress changes of a gravity dam bottom slab concrete under different parameters.The numerical simulation results show that using cold water pipes can reduce the internal temperature of concrete,and the smaller the spacing,the more obvious the cooling effect.However,if the spacing is too small,it can lead to a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete,forming a large tensile stress on the surface,causing cracks on the concrete surface and affecting the construction quality.Taking into account,a spacing of 1m is more suitable.
