摘要

研究以滁州市南谯区施集镇泵站为研究对象,从防渗效果、材料稳定性和经济性等方面,分析农田电力灌溉站渠道防渗施工技术的应用效果.结果表明,在25MPa压力下,渠道土体的形变实测值小于2.0%,孔隙度小于 20%,表明土壤的压缩性和抗剪强度较高,土壤的紧密程度较高,有利于提高渠道的防渗效果.此外,灌溉渠道施工实际成本低于计划成本,成本节约率约为57.4%,显示出较高的经济性.研究结果可为灌溉站渠道设计和施工提供有益的经验和参考.

Abstract

The study takes the pump station in Shiji town,Nanqiao district,Chuzhou city as the research object,and analyzes the application effect of canal anti-seepage construction technology in agricultural power irrigation stations from the aspects of anti-seepage effect,material stability,and economy.The results show that under a pressure of 25MPa,the measured deformation value of the channel soil is less than 2.0%,and the porosity is less than 20%,indicating that the soil has high compressibility and shear strength,and a high degree of soil compaction,which is conducive to improving the anti-seepage effect of the channel.In addition,the actual cost of irrigation channel construction is lower than the planned cost,with a cost savings rate of approximately 57.4%,indicating high economic efficiency.The results indicate that this study provides useful experience and reference for the design and construction of irrigation station channels.
